  • The house accommodates a maximum of 6 guests, this includes children and infants

  • There are lots of places for children to explore with their parents on our property including walks in the Nationall park and spending time at the creek, both of which require sensible adult supervision

  • Pets are strictly prohibited due to our participation with wildlife for land trust and our property directly bordering the Chiltern – Mt Pilot national park which also prohibits pets.

  • Yes, you do not need a 4wd to access our property however we note you will drive on dirt roads to get there

  • There is high Speed Starlink internet for your use with wifi access , mobile phone reception is via Telstra only

  • All linen is provided along with extra thick blankets for those cold nights, the kitchen is also fully equipped with items such as : baking utensils, frying pans and wok, toaster, kettle, Tupperware, serving dishes and most things you will need – there is an Oven and stove top, and a barbeque for your use.

  • This means we collect our own rainwater for use for everything from drinking water through to showering

    Our Power is provided from solar and stored in batteries with a backup generator during the winter months – you will have ample for your use however we ask you to be mindful of shower time

    The hot water is instant hot water provided from gas bottles

  • No – the maximum occupancy of the property is 6 people sleeping inside, we do not have the facilities to accomodate tents and caravans

  • Yes you get the whole 54 acres to yourselves to explore and enjoy however please note we do border the chiltern – mt pilot national park and you may on the odd occasion come across people enjoying themselves out bushwalking or gold fossicking

  • We have security cameras that are located so as to not intrude on privacy but will keep the property secure for your protection and ours
